Service Policies
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY:
If you wish to cancel or reschedule a pre-paid reading, you must give me 24 hours notice through phone or email. Cancellations of pre-paid readings with less than 24 hours notice, as well as no-shows, will not be refunded. Rescheduling of pre-paid readings must be done at least 24 hours prior to your appointment, to allow me time to fill the vacancy you have made in my schedule. Attempts to reschedule pre-paid readings with less than 24 hours notice are not valid and will be treated as cancellations or no-shows.
Telephonic consults:
If you would like to receive a telephonic consult you have to call me and all regular phone rates apply (including international call rates). My landline number is : +31 20 845 82 96
If you are calling from the US and you are unfamiliar with making international calls it would be prudent to find out how to do so before our appointment. Appointments that are missed because of this oversight will be treated as no-shows and will not be refunded.
Skype consults:
Most clients prefer receiving Skype consults. Skype works with your internet connection and calling over the service is free. You do however need to install the software which can be downloaded for free at: www.skype.com
In addition to the software you will need speaker/headphones and a mic plugged into your computer. No camera is needed as we can take the call as a voice-only call. I advise clients to install the software and test their setup before starting our call so that their call time isn't wasted with technical problems. Although setup is very easy for most people - if you doubt your technical abilities it is probably prudent to help get a knowledgeable friend or relative to help you set Skype up before our appointment.

Etiquette:
During your reading / consult there are a few guidelines I like to ask each client to consider in order to get the most out of their reading. If you are calling from a mobile phone I ask that you find a comfortable place to remain seated free from distraction - which means you will refrain from activities such as walking around or performing tasks while on your call (such as banging about your kitchen etc). If you are receiving a Skype consult from your home computer I ask that you refrain from answering e-mails, surfing the internet or otherwise working on your PC in some way. This naturally creates a distracted situation making it difficult to communicate.
Similarly, I ask that you avoid taking other calls or having conversations with people who may be in the vicinity during the call. Whenever possible, I ask that you keep your arms and legs and uncrossed so that you remain as 'open' as possible. It is best to treat your telephonic/skype reading the same as you would an in-person reading - giving it your maximum attention and respect. This helps create an optimum atmosphere allowing for a clear reading to come through from me and the best value for money and satisfaction for you.
Ethics:
I will not accept vengeful jobs to break up people or harm others out of pettiness or malice. I don't curse people. Work that is motivated by murky moral intent is contrary to my spiritual mission. I work for the good of my clients - to bless, heal and to help bring prosperity and happiness. This is why I always require a consultation before engaging in any ritual workings. Sometimes in the heat of a conflict we lose perspective and it's all too easy to get a little hasty. Sometimes when we think we need a love spell what we really need is a cleansing. I will always do my best to steer you in the direction that is in alignment with your destiny.
I do not answer medical questions nor do I give medical prognostications.
Maintenance and personal concerns:
All personal concerns that are sent to me for the use in spiritual work become my property once I receive them. Usually these links are destroyed during or after the ritual. I do not return any personal concerns. Similarly, all specialised spellwork that requires ongoing maintenance (such as, say, honey jars) remain my property - unless by special arrangement - a jar has been specifically fixed to be sent to the client to work on by themselves. Why? Because, paid maintenance work is part of my business model. Most of the work I perform takes the form of custom candle rituals that require no longterm maintenance. These one-shot rites are therefor the ideal choice for folks who do not need or want work that requires maintenance. If you do decide on ordering maintained sweetening work, doll-baby conjure etc. please note that these magical confections remain my property and at the end of the maintenance period will be "decommissioned" and disposed of in the traditional manner.
Spiritual Services:
While I am always happy to read for anyone - offering in-depth magical advice, divination and spiritual counselling - I cannot commit to taking every client that comes to me as a rootwork client. This is one of the reasons that I require a consult before contracting spiritual services. The primary reason for declining a case tends to be compatibly. If I sense that my style of working is not suited to your needs I will always recommend another competent spiritual worker who might be more suited. The second reason is deception; if I sense that a client is being dishonest with me or has some sort of ulterior motive that they are not being open about then I will not take their case since I prefer working in an atmosphere of trust and mutual understanding.

Unfortunately there is no guarantee that spiritual work will produce any result. Anyone who promises that is a lying, plain and simple. A lawyer cannot guarantee winning every case. A doctor cannot heal every patient. Similarly, a rootworker cannot guarantee a specific outcome. I therefor make no claims as to the effects of any contracted spiritual work. What I can guarantee is to always listen to my clients carefully and compassionately, give common-sense advice and support - and to do my utmost to help initiate positive changes in their attitude and outlook.
