Also, for greater poise and self-discipline. Brings recognition and success, grants wealth, reconciles air spirits for true answers, transports precious stones, makes miraculous medicines, provides firmament familiars, prolongs life.
"Verbatim text from Arbatel (Aphorism 17): BETHOR hath under him 42 Kings, 35 Princes, 28 Presidents, 21 Dukes, 14 Ministers, 7 Messengers, 29000 legions of Spirits. The affairs of Jupiter are administred by Bethor, who is quickly called, and cometh when he is invocated. The person dignified by his Character, is exalted to high dignities, and to have great treasures. He reconcileth the spirits of the aire, that they give true answers: they transport precious stones from place to place, and make medicines to work miraculously in their effects. He giveth also familiars of the firmament, and prolongeth life to 700 years, if God will."
